Natalie is a Senior Director at the Capitals Coalition, global collaboration redefining value to transform decision making.

Natalie began her career in the private sector working for FTSE 100 company Wolseley Plc in Europe and then built a highly successful socio-economic impact consultancy within think tank the New Economics Foundation (NEF) in the UK and internationally, working with over 100 charities, social enterprises and governments on valuing what matters. After, as Global Director at the RSA (Royal Society for Arts) Natalie established a global network of affiliates and partners, opening up the RSA’s social change research and 30,000+ Fellowship to the world.
