Ana is a doctoral researcher in Environmental Science and Technology, specializing in Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience in Cities with an intersectional justice perspective.
She holds a Joint European Master’s degree in Environmental Studies – Cities and Sustainability (Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain & Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, Germany) and an Environmental Engineering’s degree (University of Sao Paulo, Brazil). She’s worked in environmental consulting companies, both small businesses and big multinationals, before becoming a doctoral researcher. She’s highly passionate about gender equality and is designing a platform to inspire and empower women across the world.
